T-E Meds Supports YmmunoBio in the Development of a Dual-Payload ADC, with Research Findings Published in an International Journal

T-E Meds supported YmmunoBio in the development of an MMAF/Exatecan dual-payload ADC, which was recently incorporated into a novel ADC study targeting NPTXR. The findings from this research have been published in an international peer-reviewed journal.

The study developed a novel dual-payload ADC combining MMAF and Exatecan, two payloads with distinct mechanisms of action, and targeting NPTXR to explore its therapeutic potential in gastric cancer and other tumor types.

The publication not only highlights YmmunoBio’s research progress in NPTXR-targeted ADC development, but also demonstrates T-E Meds’ technical capabilities in dual-payload ADC design, preparation, and development support.
